50% Retainer Fee is compulsory to for date booking. Without deposit, the date still will be available for other potential clients.

In event that a client cannot attend the session they booked and they have not rescheduled a month in advance, the deposit will not be returned to the client as a damage penalty to the photographers / videographer. 

Fees not refundable on any circumstances. Services shall be paid in full for further processing to accomplish.

Underutilize fee (cancelation or change of order) shall be converted to voucher for any of our services.

Outstanding balance is due within 1 month after wedding date. Editing will commence after balance fully settled.

Quality editing would require time to accomplish. Photo editing shall be done within 21-42 days depending on peak season of weddings. Video editing require minimum 2 months to complete as it require more sophisticated process and could take more or less depending circumstances.

Photographer / videographer reserve the right to use photo & video for promotional purposes.

Photographer / videographer takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even by negligence by the photographer /  videographer, the final product fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be refund of the deposited retainer fee only. 

Subjected to MKN & government current COVID19 guidelines on operation & travel procedure. 

Outstation surcharge not included in the packages. Fees will be around RM150-300 outside Kota Kinabalu District, RM450 Kudat, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Peninsular Malaysia, etc.

Non-land transportation, air tickets & accommodation is provided by the client.
